Dear Family and Friends,
Steve and I want to let you know that Carol passed away Friday at 10:20pm. She was not responsive and 911 were called, they resuscitated her and took her to Piedmont Hospital, where she passed away.
We all loved Carol and her upbeat personality, her jokes and especially her lack of pity party.
She never once complained about her condition and the last 17 years she was disable, on dialysis 3 days a week for 4 hours each time. She lost her foot and then her leg.
Everyone who knew her loved her. Our grandchildren were her closest buddies. She would ride them all over the house in her mobile chair.
She was the last of Steve's birth family and he will need our prayers and love as always.
Carol was always a child of Christ and lived her life completely that way.
