Things have settled down once again. It took a little bit of adjusting and getting back into the swing and routine of school, homework, and all that.
Last weekend was a busy one. Mike worked all weekend and even some on Monday. He still has a few kinks but has a plan on working them out. It just takes time. I am so thankful that we do not work together as we both know it would be horrible. We both can be so focused and headstrong when we want things done a certain way and that would be ugly.
We did grill out with some friends on Monday after receiving a phone call informing me we just had to cookout since it was a holiday. It was a fun day. Mike grilled his famous hamburgers and some hotdogs and I took care of everything else. All the kids had fun swimming and the adults did as well. A good day but very tiring.
