We had snow today. Actual real snow not sleet or ice that was called snow. It was so soft, cold, and wet. It melted as the kids tried to pick it up. They were able to make a few snowballs and were very proud of themselves for that.
They only spent about 20 minutes outside then came in and declared it was too cold!
I still kept thinking we are not supposed to get snow here because we are south of the north forty. Obviously 30 minutes south means nothing to God when he wants to show us the beauty the land can be when covered in a white blanket.
It was beautiful.
