This past week I have had the joy of having Mike at home with me. He finally took some of his vacation time. We were able to get most of the house unpacked and arranged. We had the day to ourselves since all four kids were in school. We were busy with the unpacking but we still had fun talking, laughing, and cutting up with each other. Really I should say mostly him making me laugh. He even managed to avoid work and focus on me (until Wednesday at least).
We don’t have any plans this weekend even though it is a long holiday weekend. Conner has another scrimmage game Saturday morning and Kasey has cheer practice Monday evening. We are planning on just hanging out at the house spending some down time together and having fun. Of course we will probably wind up doing something together as a family that is close by.
